Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, (such as the stated name and address being different to that of the credit/debit card owner),

From time to time we may send you information via email or post regarding your purchase or regarding other services/products available from Ultimate-Line.

Information We Need:
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and for credit card orders a credit card number with expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We ask for your phone number in the event that our customer service representatives or delivery services need to contact you about your order.
We save the information about products you purchased via the online store to provide you with the best possible customer service and the most up-to-date information about your online orders. You can view your online orders by logging into the My Account section with your private password. All the information you enter onto our system will be saved on your personal account except your card details which we do not store.
If you forget your password, please click here, enter you email address and we will send you a new password. This password can only be used once, you will be prompted to enter a new password when logging in.

If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, just go to the My Account link located on each page. Here you can change or update your email address and password, your shipping addresses and your subscription to our email service. Be sure to click Save My Changes when you have updated your account.
At Ultimate-Line we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Ultimate-Line Team want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for Personalised Products unless the product is defective - Under the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in October 2015) personalised items can not be re sell. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.
Please check your item carefully after receiving it for any damage or errors. After 14 day period we can't accept returns and issue refund. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes made by buyer. Personalised items If you require sample picture please ask to avoid misunderstandings. Please note that sample picture must be created and confirmed by the buyer before printing - it will delay dispatch by ad least one working day. After printing all pictures will be deleted as we do not share them with any third party companies.
Ultimate-Line offer item exchange free of charge but buyer is responsible for sending item for exchange and return postage costs. Also buyer is responsible for re-sending P&P costs. In situations where the item has been returned in a different condition, used or damaged ( due to poor packing ) we regret to issue refund or exchange. Please make sure your package things properly. If you cause damage to the goods, you will have broken your legal duty to take care of the goods. You may have to pay compensation to Ultimate-Line Company.
What if item received is damaged?
After verification process - Ultimate-Line will issue refund or exchange item if possible. Ultimate-Line offer a full cash refund if the buyer has cancelled the purchase within 14 working days after they've received the item, and return it in 14 working days. Ultimate-Line will issue the refund within 30 days after the contract has been cancelled and item returned.
