This is a sales contract between you and Devon Print Group LTD t/a Ultimate-Line.

By placing an order with us you indicate that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not place your order.

You or your is a reference to the person to whom we are providing our Services.

By placing an order, the Customer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract of purchase and/or a contract for work and materials. During checkout, the customer has the opportunity to check his/her details are correct and select delivery type.
Ultimate-Line as a printing company cannot pre-examine all print designs created by customers or shop owners for possible breaches. We reserves the right to reject received orders within the legal period of acceptance if, during the ordering process, it becomes known or it is suspected that third-party rights or statutory regulations will be violated by a print design.
 
Payments
Ultimate-Line is entitled to make use of the services of trustworthy third parties for the handling of the payment. All online payments are handled by PayPal.co.uk.

Warranty
As far as there is a defect in the goods which falls under warranty, the customer shall be entitled in the context of statutory regulations to demand supplementary performance, withdraw from the contract or a reduction in purchase price.
In the case of return shipments due to defects  Ultimate-Line will also pay for the cost of postage.
Alternative solution may also be offered.

Responsibility
Data communication via the internet, considering the current state of the technology, cannot be guaranteed as being flawless and available at any time. Thus, Ultimate-Line shall not be liable for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the online offer as we relay on PrestaShop platform.

The term of limitation for claims under warranty for the goods provided is two years starting from the receipt of such goods. If the customer is in business then the term of limitation is one year.

All products are offered subject to availability at the time of order. Occasionally, however, the stock controlling system may be found to be wrong and we do not have the item. In unlikely situation that item is out of stock we shall contact you with the option to wait, take an alternative or a withdraw.

Product illustrations are for information purpose, colours & size may not be 100% accurate
Colours reproduced are as accurate as electronic processes and viewing on a computer screen allow.
Sizes quoted are intended for guidance only. Allowance must be made for manufacturing tolerances.

Ultimate-Line provides this on-line store on the basis that at any time the details and prices offered are subject to continuous change.

Exceptions to the right to cancel, return & exchange
Revocation of this contract is not possible with regard to the delivery of goods that have not been pre-fabricated, and which have been either selected individually or that have been explicitly personalised by the customer to meet his personal preferences.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
All costs which are the result of cancellation of a confirmed order will be  passed to the customer.
Right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalised items after item was personalised.

Effects of withdrawalIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days , After this Ultimate-Line reserve the right to refuse the return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Copyrights to Print Designs, Release from Liability
If the customer provides his/her own motif or otherwise influences the product (personalisation of text), the customer assures Ultimate-Line that the text and motif are not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case the cost of any breaches of copyright, personal rights or rights to the use of a name will be borne solely by the customer. The customer also assures Ultimate-Line that by personalising the product he/she is also not breaching any other rights held by third parties.
The customer releases Ultimate-Line from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall reimburse Ultimate-Line for all defense costs and other damages resulting from any such action.

Technical and Design Deviations
When fulfilling the contract, we expressly reserve the right to deviate from the descriptions and information in our brochures, catalogues and other written and electronic documents with respect to material, color, weight, measurements, design or other features, as far as these can be considered reasonable for the customer. Reasonable cause for change may result from fluctuations customary in trade and technical production processes.

Data Protection
Ultimate-Line uses personal data of the customer for appropriate purposes and according to statutory regulations. The personal data given (i.e. name, mailing address, bank details) for ordering products are used by Ultimate-Line for fulfillment and handling of the contract. This data is treated confidentially by Ultimate-Line and is not given to any third parties who are not part of the ordering, delivery and payment procedures. The customer shall be entitled to access information on the personal data which Ultimate-Line has saved about them free of charge. Moreover, they are entitled to the correction of incorrect data, and the blocking and deletion of their personal data, insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain such data.
After printing all pictures will be deleted as we do not share them with any third party companies.

Why do we collect your data:
As a valued customer, Ultimate-Line would like to provide you with the best possible service. For example, all data that we hold about you is to fulfill the order placed and arrange delivery.
You will only receive marketing messages if you explicitly consent to this.

What information is being collected
Information provided by you during checkout such as: name, address, electronic correspondence address and phone number

How do we collect your data
Your share your data with us by making a purchase/pacing your order on-line. We treat your information with the utmost care and take appropriate steps to protect them.

Who is collecting it
Presta shop platform. Ultimate-Line has access to your data.

Picture/Design/Artwork/Text
All above will be used to fulfill the order.
Pictures and artwork are deleted after printing
By designs we mean badges and logos that also include company details, are being kept for future reference to improve customer service and speed up dispatch/delivery process.
Text print is also being kept for future reference to improve customer service and speed up dispatch/delivery process.

If you wish to delete any of above from our data after printing please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ultimate-line.co.uk.

Occasionally we post s picture of some prints on our social media page. Pictures we allow to be shared on social media are company/business prints and prints without personal details/images.
Pictures we are not sharing on our social media are: your personal pictures or products with any personal details.

Know your rights
You have the right to control their personal data and see what data we obtain and update them.

Delivery
We are doing our best to dispatch all items on the next working day and match with estimated delivery date ( for example Monday order to be dispatched on Tuesday, Friday Order to be dispatched on Monday ) including all personalised items, however because of the amount of work required it's not always possible. There are various factors that may delay your order – design issues – picture quality – special requests – lack of communication with the customer.

Our Customer service is not open weekends
We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed,  or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premise

If you are not at home a calling card will be left with details where parcel can be collected.
Please make sure you collect item within 14 days – otherwise parcel will be returned to us and we will need to charge you for re-delivery ( cost depends on parcel size & weight )

Delivery is always estimated – not guaranteed – Ultimate-Line will not be responsible for any items that arrived late.
Ultimate-Line shall, under no circumstances, be liable to the customer for any loss, damage or expenses, whether caused directly or indirectly, by or from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Undelivered orders
You must make every effort to take delivery of the consignment. If Royal Mail or other courier return packages to us as undelivered / not collected they make a charge. When this happens it will be necessary for us to charge you again for postage if you require the order to be re-sent, or deduct the return charge if you require a refund ( refund does not apply to personalised goods )

Return policy
Ultimate-Line Team want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for personalised products unless the product is defective - Under the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in October 2015) personalised items can not be re sell. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit. Please check your item carefully after receiving it for any damage or errors. After 30 ay period we can't accept returns and issue refund. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes made by buyer. Personalised items If you require sample picture please ask to avoid misunderstandings.
Please note that sample picture must be created and confirmed by the buyer before printing - it will delay dispatch by at least one working day. After printing all pictures will be deleted as we do not share them with any third party companies.

Exchange/Refund policy.
Ultimate-Line offer item exchange free of charge but buyer is responsible for sending item for exchange and return postage costs. Also buyer is responsible for re-sending P&P costs. In situations where the item has been returned in a different condition, used or damaged ( due to poor packing ) we regret to issue refund or exchange. Please make sure your package things properly. If buyer causes damage to the goods, buyer will brake legal duty to take care of the goods. Buyer may have to pay compensation to Ultimate-Line Company.

What if item received is damaged?
After verification process - Ultimate-Line will issue refund or exchange item if possible. Ultimate-Line offer a full cash refund if the buyer has cancelled the purchase within 30 days after they've received the item, and return it in 14 working days. Ultimate-Line will issue the refund within 14days after the contract has been cancelled and item returned.
